Data processed and purposes
| Data | Purpose | Legal basis |

| Browsing data: IP address, browser, operating system, pages requested, date and time | Delivering the website, keeping it secure and working, preventing abuse | Legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) |
| Aggregated visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) | Understanding, anonymously and in aggregate, how the website is used | Legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) |

Browsing data. The systems that run the website automatically collect some technical data on every visit. This data is not used to identify you, but by its nature it could allow identification if combined with other data.
Visit statistics. The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies, does not track users across websites and builds no profiles. The data is used only in aggregate form, such as the number of visits or the most viewed pages.
Email contact. The website has no contact forms. If you write to hello@naki-studio.com, the data in your message is used only to reply to you. Please do not include unnecessary data in your message, especially sensitive data.
No data is used for marketing, profiling or automated decision-making, and no data is sold or passed on to third parties.
Cookies and local storage
The website uses no cookies. It stores a single technical value in your browser, and only if you choose a theme with the theme button.
| Name | Type | Content | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| naki-theme | localStorage | “dark” or “light” | Remembering the light or dark theme you chose | Until you clear it in your browser settings |
This storage is strictly necessary to provide a feature you asked for. For this reason it does not require consent (Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the Italian Data Protection Authority’s cookie guidelines of 10 June 2021), and the website shows no banner. The value stays on your device and is never sent to anyone.
External links. The website contains links to other websites, such as LinkedIn, Instagram and the websites of portfolio projects. These websites are not loaded until you click the link. Once opened, their own privacy notices apply.
